Welcome to Social Work Board. These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of our platform, resources, and career development tools.
1. Use of the Assessment Platform
The Social Work Board assessment identifies transferable skills based on user-provided résumés and job descriptions. This analysis is an educational tool and does not constitute a hiring prediction, guarantee of employment, or salary outcome. Users remain solely responsible for the content of their applications and performance in interviews.
2. Intellectual Property Rights
All methodology, assessment algorithms, text, graphics, and proprietary tools found on the platform are the property of Social Work Board. Digital products, including the Transferable Skill Set download and résumé templates, are for personal use only and may not be redistributed or resold.
3. Professional Conduct
Visitors agree to use the platform in a professional and lawful manner. Harassment of staff, submission of fraudulent information, or attempts to circumvent site security will result in immediate termination of access to our services and resources.
4. Application & Outreach Services
Outreach and application preparation services are personal reviews conducted with client approval. We only proceed with recruiter outreach or third-party submissions where explicitly accepted by the employer and approved by the customer. We do not guarantee receipt or processing of materials by external hiring boards.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Social Work Board shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss or damage arising out of the use of our digital platforms or services. All career transitions involve inherent risk, and results vary based on individual experience and market conditions.
6. Updates to Terms
